Are your products brand-new?
Yes. Our dresses are all brand-new and high quality.
Can I change the color of the dress?
Yes, you can. Please chat with our customer service to get color cards to choose from.
However, we provide only 1 item for each color. If there is a product you like but has been sold, chat with our customer service. We can design a new, complimentary color just for you.
Can I ask for a little alteration to the dress that I chose?
Yes, you can.
We can alter some of the details of your dress with no change of fabric and rhinestones. Please leave a message in the “Note” of the measurements info when you check out, or chat with our customer service and tell them what we can do for you.
Do you provide free shipping worldwide?
Yes. We provide free worldwide express shipping for all orders of $600 USD or more.
Can I return my dress for any reason?
Because the dress is tailored to your figure, custom-made dresses can not be returned or exchanged. Unless we make a mistake in size fabric or colour, if so, we will take back the dress or exchange a new dress for you. Please check our Policies.
How long does it take to receive my item?
Our ready-made dresses take 10-15 days to deliver. Custom-made dresses are 25-35 days processing and shipping time.
The items will be shipped via UPS Express, FedEx Express, or DHL Express with tracking and drop-off.
Whichever shipment choice we make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
